The Redlands 360 Master Community

Get ready to embark on a new journey in the Grand Valley's premier master-planned community — Redlands 360. Originally envisioned as an executive links golf course, the property has been left in its natural state over the last 20 years. During this period, the public had been allowed access for hiking, biking, dog walking, and trail running, though the property was private. Now, we are redefining the meaning of community by fostering an inclusive housing development that preserves the natural recreation while enhancing the property with quality-built homes and convenient amenities.

La Plata Communities, LLC, a master-planned community developer, and Grand Junction Land Company, LLC, the owner of the land, joined together to form Redlands 360, LLC, the property developer. Redlands 360 developed subdivisions, Renaissance 360 and Canyon Rim 360 to kick-off our mission to bring a diversity of housing products to the Western Slope.

What's next? Redlands 360 Filing One at Easter Hill is currently under development and offers 51 single-family residential lots with spectacular views and an expansive trail network, that offers a multitude of recreational walking, hiking, and biking opportunities.

La Plata Communities, Inc. (“La Plata”) is now in its 28th year of Master Planned Community development. La Plata is the developer for some of the very popular communities in Colorado Springs, including Cordera, North Fork at Briargate, Pine Creek and Briargate residential communities, the Briargate Business Campus, and Briargate Crossing.

The Briargate Master Plan encompasses more than 9,600 acres and has established itself as one of the most well-known residential areas in the community. Additionally, La Plata has been the master developer of The Farm, a 450-acre mixed-use project in north Colorado Springs. The Farm is a legacy property held since 1947 by the Allison family, who is a partner in the development. La Plata’s vision for incorporating The Farm’s neighborhoods into over 140 acres of open space within the community will maintain a sense of the Allison family’s Foothills Farm’s past. This also includes The Campus at Foothills Farm Business Campus. To add to their extensive portfolio, La Plata is also developing land parcels surrounding Lake Woodmoor in Monument, Colorado.
